MEET YOUR COACH:

Hey, I'm Kate.

I’m in the business of helping people build better lives through fitness.

In 2013, a severe accident left me with a persistent low back injury. Struggling with sudden acute pain and feeling out of shape, I turned to floor pilates to begin building core strength. Encouraged by improvements in my pain, I started to take reformer Pilates classes, and eventually started lifting weights, diving deep into research to improve my understanding, form and health. In 2017, my back was all but healed, and my passion for sharing the benefits of fitness I’d experienced inspired me to become a Pilates instructor, and later, a CPT. In 2021, I quit my corporate “9-5” job to fully pursue my mission in fitness, and managed a gym, where I gained invaluable experience helping others achieve their fitness goals in a one-on-one setting.

Today, as full-time CEO of BuildFit, I'm dedicated to empowering my clients with the tools, systems, and support they need to build strength and confidence that's lasting - which means cutting through the noise & digging into the unglamorous, head-down work it takes to become the version of yourself you're most proud of.

And that's my mission. Through a completely personalized coaching program, I aim to inspire and guide you in transforming your life, just as fitness transformed mine.
